The Family Impact Centers are a flagship initiative of Grow Our Faith, designed to uplift communities by equipping individuals with skills that enable them to:
- Support Their Families – Gain practical skills that lead to employment and entrepreneurship.
- Contribute to Their Community – Use their knowledge and abilities to create positive change.
- Achieve Self-Sufficiency – Break free from poverty through skills-based empowerment.
What We Offer at Family Impact Centers
At our Family Impact Centers, we believe that education and skills development are the keys to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our innovative approach to vocational training uses the power of the internet to provide vocational resources and hands-on training so vulnerable parents can open their own business. After receiving training, the individual is given access to tools needed to create their products, they are given a stall in the marketplace to sell their product and the experts at the Business Incubator mentors the new business owner for their first year, giving them the resources needed to be successful.

- Welding & Fabrication

Current Centers & Expansion Plans
Endao Impact Center – In January 2024, the community of Endao celebrated the Grand Opening of our Impact Center. For the first time this community had access to the power of the internet. The teacher at the Impact Center is well qualified to teach English and Computer Skills to these new learners as they learn to improve their lives.
Chief Robert of Endao is so impressed with the potential of our small impact center that he has offered to donate an acre of land so we can build a full Family Impact Center in the future.
Mavindu Impact Center – December 2024 found our team on top of a mountain in the remote community of Mavindu. With the new solar system and equipment for the Impact Center in place, we were finally ready to open our doors to a very excited community. Many single mothers showed up to express their desire to learn how to start their own business and youth were eager to find resources to help them in their studies.
Bishop Daniel Matheka has offered Grow Our Faith an acre of land for our future Family Impact Center at Mavindu. We are looking forward to seeing the impact this initiative will have on this community.
Sumanga Family Impact Center –With the donation of 3 acres in Sumanga, Grow Our Faith has the opportunity to build our first Family Impact Center featuring a learning center, business incubator, a community center and a marketplace, this new building will allow us to take a under-educated single mother through the various stages of building a business of her own
